International activity

The aim of the department's activity is the broad integration of the University into the international academic space, development of an effective system of international relations management. The Department of International Cooperation deals with a wide range of issues and tasks to ensure partnership and interaction of the University with foreign and international organisations, interacts with cultural centres, consulates and embassies of different countries, aimed at strengthening cooperation, attracting foreign students, increasing the prestige of the University.

Areas of activity

• Formation of international cooperation programmes, expansion of international partnership, interaction with foreign universities and scientific organisations, participation in international associations
• Preparation and implementation of documents on cooperation with foreign universities and organisations
• Advising on participation in grant and scholarship programmes
• Monitoring of contracts and agreements of the University with foreign partners in the field of international scientific activities, academic mobility of teaching staff and researchers;
• Organising and holding events with the participation of foreign representatives
• Issuing invitations and passport and visa registration of foreign students, teachers and staff
• Attracting foreign students
• Development of international academic mobility and increasing the academic reputation of the University
• Reception of foreign delegations, organization and participation in international conferences, exhibitions, forums, research projects
• Preparation of information, reference and reporting materials on the international activities of the University
