Students of the Volga Region University, as well as young people of the republic, have the opportunity to take part in the "Personnel Reserve" programme. This programme is created for young people from 16 to 35 years old who want to develop in the sphere of youth policy.
The programme will help to develop all necessary skills and competences in people who in future may become potential members of teams of republican projects and organisations.
The competition has already existed for 13 years, during this time almost 14000 people have had time to test their abilities, more than 80 projects were realised, more than 2400 social events were realised, which is indeed an indicator of the quality of the programme.

Youth of Tatarstan aged 16-35 may take part in the contest. The main condition to take part in all competition procedures and education programme is to be a citizen of the Russian Federation and to reside in the Republic of Tatarstan.
