On the eve of the New Year, the Volga Region State University of Physical Culture, Sport and Tourism took part in a charity event organised by the Karim Tinchurin Tatar State Drama and Comedy Theatre together with the Suyumbike magazine.

The campaign was aimed at fulfilling the New Year wishes of children with disabilities. All of them are pupils of the Tatar theatre "Chudo". For five years, theatre teachers Zufar Harisov, Salavat Khabibullin and Gulnaz Naumatova have been working hard with the children, discovering their talents and teaching them acting skills. Children, despite physical limitations, put on plays, win contests, and most importantly, believe in themselves and bring joy to their viewers and loved ones!

This time the partners of the campaign were able to please the young talents themselves by fulfilling their New Year wishes. A present from a sports university was presented to Alfiya by Iskander Galeev, Director of the Institute of Physical Culture. On behalf of Rafis Burganov, Rector of the University, he thanked the children, their parents and teachers for their wonderful performances and wished them a Happy New Year.
