The head of the Center for Social and Psychological Monitoring of Deviations at the Volga Region University, Yulia Tokranova, took part in a roundtable discussion on the topic of "Sobriety, Health, Family, Society." The conference was organized by the Chairman of the Health and Demography Commission of the Public Chamber of the Republic of Tatarstan, Aleksey Shulaev.
