The Department of Foreign Languages and Linguistics at Volga Region University invites students in grades 9-11 and colleges to participate in the annual 15th Open Regional Online Competition "Learn to Win!"
The competition aims to support talented young people with advanced foreign language skills and develop the potential of applicants to the University of Sport and Tourism.
To participate, please prepare a video (up to five minutes) or presentation (up to ten slides) on a chosen topic in English, French, or Tatar by November 9th. Post your work on the wall of the competition's VKontakte group, indicating the topic, participant's full name and supervisor, class, and educational institution. You should also submit your application by email.
This year's topics focus on athletic achievements and mentors, Tatarstan's gastronomy, the Olympic and Paralympic Games, modern trends in tourism, and the role of athletes in Russian history.
From November 10th to 12th, the jury will evaluate all entries and select the top three. The competition results will be announced in the VKontakte group.
