She was awarded a diploma for the 1st place in the nomination "The Best Young Scientist in the field of socio-humanitarian sciences" of the annual republican contest "The Best Young Scientist of the Republic of Tatarstan - 2023".

A number of state awards of the Russian Federation and the Republic of Tatarstan to representatives of the scientific community of Tatarstan - for achievements in the field of scientific and technological development Rustam Minnikhanov and the Minister of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation Valery Falkov handed over today at the meeting at the Academy of Sciences of the Republic dedicated to the Day of Russian Science.

Rustam Minnikhanov, welcoming the participants of the solemn meeting dedicated to the Day of Russian Science, reminded that the Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Tatarstan is the centre of responsibility for the implementation of the republican scientific and technical policy.

"Its role in the development of the humanitarian sphere, preservation of the unique identity and rich cultural and historical heritage of the multinational people of Tatarstan is also significant," he said.

Tatarstan invariably pays special attention to the labour and professional holiday of scientific workers. But today's event is special, because just the day before the Russian Academy of Sciences celebrated its 300th anniversary, Rais reminded.

Rustam Minnikhanov noted that the scientific community of Tatarstan has every reason to be proud of its achievements.

"It is logical that Tatarstan occupies the second position in the National Rating of Scientific and Technological Development of Regions," Rustam Minnikhanov also said.

"Today the hall is attended by heads and staff of consulates general of foreign countries. Together we are successfully neutralising the attempts of destructive forces to isolate Russia and its regions in the global scientific and educational space. I would like to emphasise that the reformatting of the republic's international educational and scientific-technical ties will continue. A strategic turn in the direction of friendly countries, from West to East, is inevitable," said Rais of Tatarstan.

He reminded that we have a lot of work within the framework of the strategic task set by Vladimir Vladimirovich Putin - to achieve Russia's technological sovereignty in critical industries. "To solve it, we need to mobilise the efforts of state authorities, local self-government, academic, university and business community. On this path, I wish all of us success, energy, bold, extraordinary decisions," Rustam Minnikhanov said.

Rais of Tatarstan also declared the Year of Scientific and Technological Development of the Republic open.
