The Volga Region University of Physical Education, Sports and Tourism is organizing an Interuniversity Student Festival dedicated to the holiday "Navruz". The festival will be held at the university on March 26 at 14:00. It is aimed at popularizing cultural traditions, sharing experiences, creating an atmosphere of unity among students and preserving family values.
Students of higher educational institutions are invited to become part of the festival. Participants prepare a business card - a presentation of the culture of the people celebrating the holiday "Navruz", as well as a creative number in the language of this people. You can perform both individually and in a team.
When presenting a business card, participants can talk about the traditions and customs of the chosen people during the holiday "Navruz", pay attention to dishes and costumes. The creative performance is also dedicated to the spring holiday. Participants can present poems, songs, theatrical performances, playing musical instruments.
The festival's expert committee will evaluate the originality of the idea, aesthetic design, emotional expressiveness, as well as the presence of traditional costumes and musical accompaniment.
To participate in the festival, you must send an application to the university's e-mail before March 15 and indicate "Navruz" in the subject line.
