The silver medalist of the All-Russian competition among students in acrobatic rock and roll was the team of the Volga Region University "Step Up".
The tournament was held in St. Petersburg and brought together representatives of twenty regions of Russia.
The participants competed in sixteen disciplines, the students of the Volga Region distinguished themselves in the Formation-mini category.
- We conceded a few points to the hosts. We could have won, but we made some mistakes in execution. But we confidently beat the bronze medal winners from Krasnoyarsk, - says Irina Kucherova, coach of the team, teacher of the Department of Gymnastics Theory and Methodology. - These competitions are rating competitions, so we all the same important points for the result. Now we will continue to prepare for the next All-Russian student competitions, which will be held in Kazan on March 23.
