The students of the Volga Region University of Physical Culture, Sports and Tourism had a unique opportunity to communicate with experts in cryptocurrency and blockchain technologies from all over the world. They not only learnt from the experience of high-class specialists, but also proved themselves as future professionals.
Students of the direction ‘Information Systems and Technologies’ under the guidance of the acting head of the Department of Information Systems and Fijital Sports Olga Lyubyagina took part in a landmark event for the IT-sphere - VI Kazan CryptoForum. The forum was held at Kazan IT-park named after Bashir Rameyev.
The event united experts, developers and enthusiasts from all over the world. At the forum, students got acquainted with vivid presentations by leading industry experts, actively participated in competitions, demonstrating their knowledge and creative approach to solving urgent problems in the field of cryptotechnologies.
- Participation of our students in such events is a great opportunity not only to expand their knowledge, but also to gain practical experience that will be useful in their future professional activities, - said Olga Lyubyagina.
The forum helped young professionals to exchange experience and establish professional connections that will help them to build and develop their careers in the field of information systems and technologies.
- I believe that the platform is very productive. I was able to learn about new tools and platforms that can help with investing. I liked the format of the event - first there was an interactive session, and then we were treated to lectures. In general, participation in the forum was an exciting and informative experience.
Especially memorable were the presentations by experts who shared their vision of the future of cryptocurrencies and blockchain technologies. The discussion of current trends, such as DeFi and NFT, was of great interest to me and gave me food for thought about how these technologies can change the traditional financial sphere,’ said student Darina Khakimova.
According to student Anna Nikitina, Intelion Data Systems, one of the few Russian developers of hardware cryptocurrency wallets, attracted special attention at the forum. Their stand enjoyed a lot of excitement.
- During the forum, we were able to ask the experts questions we were interested in, as well as participate in a variety of activities. The event left us with a powerful charge of inspiration and a lot of practical knowledge. I believe that such events are important for the professional growth of future specialists,’ she added.
