Students of the Volga Region University took part in the first round of the II Family Inclusive Bowling Tournament "Golden Skittle - 2025", which was organized by the local city public organization for helping disabled children with autism spectrum disorders "Just Others".

The university activists helped with the registration of participants, monitored compliance with the rules during the competition and awarded the finalists of the tournament. And most importantly, they created a positive atmosphere for the children.

Assistance in holding such events is an opportunity for students to gain valuable experience working with neurodivergent children.

– Volunteering at this tournament was an unforgettable experience for me. When I came to the event, I was immediately struck by the atmosphere of joy and friendliness. The children were full of enthusiasm, despite the fact that some had difficulties with communication or concentration. I especially remember the moments when they rejoiced at their successes – be it knocking down one pin or a strike. Their smiles and laughter were sincere, and this filled everyone around with positive energy, – shared university student Danil Nasibulov. – I am studying to be a physical education teacher. I learned about the event and, given my specialty, decided to help organize and hold the tournament.
