Students, teachers and staff of the Volga Region University of Physical Culture, Sports and Tourism became active participants in the discussion of the projects of the Student Startup competition at the Idea Technopark. In particular, Chulpan Zakirova, leading specialist of the scientific and methodological department of the university, Dilyara Abdrakhmanova, associate professor of the Department of Economics and Management in Sport, Ilya Zemlenukhin, senior lecturer of the Department of Theory and Methodology of Martial Arts, Ilnur Sharifullin and Sofia Kostousova, 1st year students, took part in the seminar devoted to the peculiarities of presentation and defence of the contest projects.
We would like to remind you that on 28 February 2024 the Foundation for Assistance to Innovations announced the beginning of the fifth turn of applications for the Student Startup competition. 2000 winners will receive 1 million roubles each to develop their project.
Based on the success stories of the four previous waves of the competition, the students of the country's universities started to prepare their projects and developments to meet the requirements of the competition in order to receive a grant from the Foundation.
Based on 2 years of experience in conducting project reviews and organising defences in the Volga Federal District, the Idea Technopark team collected opinions of the expert committee members, feedback from technology partners, representatives of the real economy sector, and compiled a list of recommendations for preparing projects for defence in order to avoid typical mistakes and increase the chances of winning.
The event was attended by 95 representatives from 14 universities in Kazan.
