In Sofia, from July 14 to 16, Taekwondo WTF G1 Multi European Games were held, where students of the Volga Region University of Sports Larisa and Galina Medvedeva distinguished themselves.
Speaking in the weight category up to 49 kilograms, Galina Medvedeva took first place, defeating her opponent from Spain in the final. Larisa Medvedeva (weight category up to 49 kilograms) became the second, losing in the final match to her compatriot Anastasia Artamonova.
