With two gold medals he returned from Novocheboksarsk, where on June 6-10 the Russian championship in parabadminton for people with a defeat of the musculoskeletal system was held, a graduate of the Volga region sports Academy Oleg Dontsov.
Together with a freshman of the Academy Pavel Kulikov, Oleg Dontsov won the competition in doubles. In single both reached the final in "academic Derby" the victory went to more skilled Dontsov. But in a mixed doubles Kulikov ahead of his older friend. Tandem Kulikova St. Petersburg paramatmananda Natalia Yaremchuk won the "silver" on account of Dontsova and one of the athletes from the Northern capital, Carolina Ivanova, "bronze".
It should be noted that immediately on his return from Novocheboksarsk Oleg Dontsov successfully defended his bachelor's degree. And today he went to Ireland, where as part of the Russian team will perform at a major ranking tournament Irish Para-Badminton International. In conversation Oleg estimated the current form as rather good, and performance in the championship in Novocheboksarsk, as successful. The don noted that this victory has a special meaning:  
- This season – qualifying for the Olympics. Every result matters. A lot of ambitious young people have appeared and nothing has been decided yet, as there are 7-8 tournaments ahead, including the nearest one in Ireland.
