On may 28-30, 2019, Moscow will host the all-Russian final of the international competition Enactus, which brought together teams of Russian universities implementing their projects aimed at solving economic, environmental and social problems. For the second year among its finalists the team of the Volga region Academy of sports and tourism, which proved itself at the regional stage. Last year "academicians" were the first in the Republic, this year they became the second.
Within the framework of the competition, two projects were developed, the ideas of which belong to the student Victoria Plastinina. They are implemented during the year by the efforts of students of the faculty of physical culture under the watchful supervision of associate Professor of the Department of adaptive physical culture and life safety Larisa Kasmakova and associate Professor of sports management, recreation and sports tourism Gulnaz Ageeva and General guidance of Vice-rector for academic Affairs Almaz Galimov.
The complex project of sports development of people with congenital diseases and consequences of injuries "New life" was realized within a year in the form of occupation on bases of teenage clubs and schools. Kazan children with disabilities know it now as a development Studio "Growing up together". The project of environmental audit of sports facilities "Green ball" also received practical application. "Academicians" conducted an environmental audit of two sports complexes of Tatarstan - "akvarena" and "Sviyaga". The results of their work will soon be available on the website of the project developed by the team members. Here you can also make an application for an audit of any object located in Tatarstan.
