Four students of the Volga region Academy of sports successfully passed selection in the youth educational project of Republican scale - "Personnel reserve-2019". This year, more than 1,300 people from 33 municipalities of Tatarstan applied for participation in it. According to the results of the selection of the project participants were 140 lucky. Among them are a graduate student and a young teacher of the University Dilyara Bashirova, students of the fourth Cruz Stanislav Chapurin and Alexander Vasilkin and a second-year student Alena Bakirova. Continuation of sports career prevented the current athlete, badminton player Vasilkin to take part in the first stage devoted to personal efficiency. The three remaining representatives of the University will be trained in two modules: "State and municipal management" and "development of NGOs and management of large projects". having defined their values and goals, the participants entered the correspondence stage and now perform 15 missions to reach the final and become part of the personnel reserve of the Republic of Tatarstan!
