The winners of the II European Taekwondo multi-games held in Sofia from 21 to 24 March were students of the Volga region sports Academy Gleb Khomyakov and Valery Demidov.
In total, more than 1800 athletes took part in this prestigious ranking tournament. A second-year student Gleb hamsters in the capital of Bulgaria won a silver medal, and a freshman Valeria Demidova – "bronze". Note that their coach is teacher of Department of theory and methodology of martial arts Alex Kaplun.
"Silver Khomyakov allowed "academic" to qualify for the national team of Russia in Taekwondo at the European championship.
