Master's student of the Volga region Academy of sports Yana Kirpichenko in the Russian team won the relay 3x5 kilometers at the Universiade in Krasnoyarsk. Together with Kirpichenko became Champions Ekaterina Smirnova and Alice zhambalova. Russian students covered the distance in 43 minutes and 1.3 seconds.The second place was taken by the national team of Japan, behind the leader for 1 minute and 32.4 seconds, the third was the Italian team with a lag of 1 minute and 55.1 seconds.Earlier, Yana Kirpichenko won two bronze medals of the Universiade: at a distance of 5 kilometers in the classical style and in a 5-kilometer pursuit.
