Dear friends! 
On behalf of the Ministry of sports of the Russian Federation and myself, I congratulate you on the day of Russian students!
It is impossible to imagine the achievements and successes of the national sport without our talented youth – students of higher and secondary vocational educational institutions of the country. Russian athletes-students show excellent results in the international arena, actively participate in the volunteer movement, demonstrate the value of a healthy lifestyle.
A little more than a month is left before the most important sports event of 2019 – the XXIX world winter Universiade in Krasnoyarsk. I am sure that the Russian participants of this festival of sport and friendship will show their best qualities and delight fans with bright performances and beautiful victories.
I wish all students, faculty and management of educational institutions good health, happiness and good luck in all spheres of activity!
