Three gold, two silver and two bronze medals were won at the all-Russian competitions in ski racing among juniors and young people under 23 years of age held in Tyumen by students of the Volga Academy of sports.
Master student Yana Kirpichenko won two gold medals: at the 10-kilometer distance free style and in the race for 15 kilometers (mass start). The third has overcome 15 kilometers 2-the cadet Christina Matsokina.
In the sprint classic style 3rd year student Sergei Ardashev won the gold medal, and master's Olga Kucheruk finished with the second result.
The freshman Yaroslav Rybochkina – silver 15-kilometer race free technique, behind him finished student of the 4th course Egor Kazarinov.
 At the end of the tournament in Tyumen was formed Russian team for the world championship among juniors and youth up to 23 years, which will be held in Finnish Lahti from 19 to 26 January. In the composition of the team includes "academics" Yana Kirichenko, Christina Matsokina, Jaroslav Rybochkin and Egor Kazarinov.
