Today, Professor of the Department of tennis and badminton of the Volga Academy, President of the Russian tennis Federation Shamil Tarpischev gave an open lecture to students and teachers of the University. The main tennis player in the country arrived in Kazan for the Russian championship, which started yesterday.
Before the lecture, the rector of the Academy Yusup Yakubov addressed the students:
- We have 47 students studying tennis at the Academy. Almost all of them - including freshmen-are here today. Except for those who participate or help in the organization of the championship of Russia. I want to note that we are provided with teaching staff. Here is a Professor of the Department, Shamil Anvyarovich, you can ask questions today. This is important when young people have wise and experienced mentors who can share knowledge. Take advantage of the moment-ask! No need to be embarrassed. Let me remind you all that the tennis Academy appeared in Kazan with the filing of Shamil Anvyarovich. And the program of tennis development in RT is connected with his name. We hope that the process will develop and we hope for our students…
Shamil Tarpischev began his lecture with a brief report on the implementation of the tennis development program in the Republic. In particular, he informed that by 2020 6 tennis complexes will be built (or reconstructed) in the South-Eastern part of Tatarstan:
- It will be possible to speak already about creation of the system of competitions that will allow to optimize and reduce the cost of training process. So we're gonna need coaches here. You-the current students - will be involved in all these processes.
After a brief excursion into the history with the mention of the fact that the Russian tennis Federation celebrates its 110th anniversary this year, Tarpischev moved on to the subtleties and difficulties of the modern work of a tennis coach. Previously reported that soon at their disposal will be the first part of the textbook (the second at the Academy is already being taught), prepared by the tennis Federation of Russia on the basis of the most modern developments in world tennis.  According to him, it is necessary to work and achieve results in the conditions of complete absence of any secrets in the field of technical training of the tennis player. In these circumstances, psychological training is of particular importance.
- The stronger one wins. In matches of representatives of the 20-Ki world ranking 2-3 points won on time, allow you to win the match.
The absence of secrets dictates coaches to pay attention to the smallest details. On a clear division of emphasis in preparations at different stages of development of the player. Particularly Shamil Tarpischev drew attention to the fact that in modern tennis more chances to conquer the peaks have multi-skilled tennis players are able to change tactics depending on the strengths of the opponent.
After the lecture, richly illustrated with examples from the personal experience of Professor Tarpishchev, quotes from conversations with the stars of world tennis, ended, the audience had the opportunity to ask questions. And received for each comprehensive and reasoned response.
After the lecture Shamil Anvarovich in the conversation said that not being able often to speak to students personally, holds a situation on control:
- I believe that with the introduction of a new textbook we will reach the next stage of development. But do not wait for this moment, today it is necessary to enter into the system so that each training group has a chance to work with the national team coaches on the court. If there is a live contact, there will be a keen interest in the work, will allow children to enter the process from course to course. And then after graduation they will be professionals.
