The winner of all-Russian competitions in gymnastics among students in Penza was the women's team of the Volga region Academy.
In Penza on the main student starts of the season, our University delegated only a women's team under the guidance of associate Professor of theory and methodology of gymnastics and wrestling, master of sports Lyubov Botova. Performance of girls Lyubov, according to her, is very happy. In the team competition, the students of the Academy showed the best result. In the all-around Daria Reznik won silver, Elina Kalygulova – "bronze".
In competitions on separate shells at gymnasts of the Volga region Academy five awards: one gold, two silver and two bronze. Best of all appeared in the floor exercise Elina Kalygulova, in the vault she became the third. On the bars Daria Reznik finished her performances on the second line, Catherine the Prince "bronze" - on the third. Another silver medal was won by Resnick in exercises on a log.
