State Program of the Russian Federation "Development of Physical Culture and Sports"

The program provides for the achievement of the following goals by 2030:

• increasing the proportion of citizens systematically engaged in physical education and sports to 70%;
• the entry of the Russian Olympic team into the top three in the unofficial team standings;
• increasing the share of Russian athletes who are among the top eight athletes at the World and European Championships in sports disciplines included in the program of the corresponding Olympic Games, in the total number of Russian athletes participating in the World and European Championships, to 50%.

To achieve the goals of the Program, the following tasks are provided:

• creating conditions for attracting citizens to systematic physical education and sports;
• creation of an effective system of physical education for various categories and groups of the population;
• development of a system for training, retraining and advanced training of personnel reserves in the field of physical education and sports;
• improvement of the legal framework in the field of physical culture and sports;
• Ensuring safety during physical education and mass events.

Training is provided with subsidies from the Ministry of Sports of the Russian Federation - FREE OF CHARGE.

List of continuing education programs implemented by the Federal State Budgetary Educational Institution of Higher Education "Volga Region State University of Physical Education, Sports and Tourism" in 2025 within the framework of the state program of the Russian Federation "Development of Physical Education and Sports"

The following individuals are eligible to take additional professional development programs:

1) individuals with secondary vocational and/or higher education;

2) individuals pursuing secondary vocational and/or higher education – final-year students;

3) individuals working in the field of physical education and sports;

Attention! All additional professional programs planned for 2025, with the exception of "Modern Training Technologies in Adaptive Sports" and "Adaptive Physical Education: Physical Culture and Health Activities, Sports," are CANCELLED by order of the Ministry of Sport of the Russian Federation.

Applications for the above-mentioned AFC and AC programs are accepted until September 15, 2025.

1. You must download and complete the application:

2. Prepare the following documents (copies) in electronic form:

• copy of passport (1-2 pages and registration);

• a copy of the educational diploma (secondary vocational or higher education) without the appendix;

• a copy of the work record book (the first page and the page with the last (current) place of work) certified by the HR department;

• copy of TIN;

• a copy of the SNILS insurance certificate;

• a certificate of the final year of study at the university (for students).

3. Complete the consent form for the processing of personal data by hand and scan it:

4. Send a package of documents, including a completed application, copies of the required documents in electronic form, and consent to the processing of personal data to the Institute of Continuing Education’s email address sportacadem.cpk@mail.ru with the subject line “FKIS DEVELOPMENT 2025”.

5. Wait for a response from the Institute of Continuing Education specialist (course supervisor) according to the schedule for your chosen training program.
