In the traditional event a great emphasis was placed on the educational part: lectures, strategy sessions, quizzes and much more, which replenished the "piggy bank of knowledge" not only of our students, but also of the university teachers.

The quiz "Friendship of Nations", held with the support of the Russian Movement of Children and Youth "Movement of the First", gave a good mood to the "Healthy Environment". Tasks in the national theme were presented to the participants, who learnt about the representation of different cultures in a game format.

Within the framework of the event, together with the fund for the development of accessibility of modern education "Darwin", with the support of the Russian Movement of Children and Youth "Movement of the First", the Career and Employment Centre of the university held a career guidance quiz "PRO-interest".

At the lecture "Uncomplicated Conversations" the topic "Not All That Gold" was presented, where first and second year students learnt more details about so-called "fake news". The speaker Sergey Druzhkov, PhD in Law, told the students how fake news is created and disseminated in order to protect us from false information and unfortunate consequences of its dissemination. According to him, fake news reaches the audience and begins to live its own life, which has a very strong impact on the subconscious mind of a person. Therefore, today it is very important to recognise what is the truth and what is fake news in order to protect ourselves from unnecessary "information rubbish".

All the most pressing issues were raised at the lectures, including the topic of HIV. The causes of its occurrence and transmission, as well as its symptoms, were discussed. The stages and consequences of infection were covered. Each of us needs to take care of ourselves in order to be calm about our health.

In a healthy body healthy mind. It was precisely this that university students raised at the motivational training “You can do it!” Procrastination, difficulties, laziness, decision-making, motivational attitudes - all this was discussed by the guys as part of the “Healthy Environment”. Thanks to the cases, you could work through your fears, beliefs and see what points of growth there are. Having built a wheel of life balance, everyone was able to plan their actions for the near future.

At the eldership meeting, important questions were raised about the rights and responsibilities of elders. The role of the group leader and his importance in it was discussed in an interactive format. The question was covered: What influence does a mentor have on his classmates? On this occasion, Ekaterina Kadesnikova, head of group 23331, shared her thoughts: “I myself decided to become a head girl, we had a competition of four people, they chose me. It was hard at the beginning, but then I realized that these mentoring skills would help me in my future professional activities. By taking responsibility, I can motivate my classmates to be involved and active in the group and in their studies. And I’m very happy.”

At the end of the “Healthy Environment” there was a school for curators. The moments of the ideal portrait of the curator and his mission in the group were considered. During the discussion of the curator's performance indicators, opinions were divided, because everyone can evaluate the effectiveness of their work differently.

“Healthy Wednesday” was very productive, useful and informative and we are already looking forward to the winter program!
