PRACTICAL TRAINING

• The scope (labour intensity in credit units) of practice, types, methods and forms of its implementation, as well as the requirements to the formed competences are determined by the TVET of HE in accordance with the Federal State Standard of HE in the areas of training of students.
• The main types of practice of students mastering the educational programme are: academic practice and industrial practice.
• Directing students to practice is executed by the order of the head of the educational organisation.

EMPLOYMENT PROMOTION

• Work with students to improve their competitiveness in the labour market through career guidance and information on trends in demand for specialists;
• Continuous interaction and coordination of work on concluding agreements with organisations acting as potential employers for students;
• Monitoring the effectiveness of graduate employment, collection, compilation and analysis of information on the state and trends of the labour market and the demand for graduates of the University in the labour market;
• Facilitating and developing positive contacts with graduates of the University.

PRACTICE AND PROMOTION OF EMPLOYMENT OF STUDENTS WITH DISABILITIES AND DISABLED PEOPLE 

The practice of students with disabilities and disabled persons is organised taking into account the peculiarities of their psychophysical development, individual capabilities and state of health.

‘Inclusive Education’ http://инклюзивноеобразование.рф is a federal portal where students with disabilities can get assistance in education and employment, as well as counselling on all issues of higher education and the necessary professional competences.

TARGETED TRAINING

This is a form of education in which the entrant, even before entering an educational institution, concludes an agreement with an employer. All parties (employer, applicant, employer, educational organisation), who plan to conclude a contract on targeted training, must be ready for responsibility for its execution. In case of failure to fulfil the contract, a fine is levied.
