Today I myself, being the head of the Testing Centre of the All-Russian Physical Culture and Sports Complex GTO at Povolzhsky University, joined the norms. It was not easy, but there is a great desire to improve the result. The main thing is not to despair and continue to engage in physical training and sports,’ Gulfiya Gabdulkhaerova shared.
