Nizhny Novgorod hosted the second large-scale All-Russian forum "Peak of Opportunities" organised by the Federal Agency for Youth Affairs. The forum participants were 1,500 people from 89 regions of Russia and Abkhazia. The 30-member delegation of the Republic of Tatarstan included Diana Galliamova and Albina Fatkhutdinova, employees of the Social and Educational Work Department of the Volga Region University of Physical Culture, Sports and Tourism.
The forum "Peak of Opportunities" was created as a platform for the development of participants of the communities "Rosmolodezh. Grants". These are winners and participants of grant competitions for youth, representatives of universities and NGOs, experts, coordinators and ambassadors of Rosmolodezh. Grants". All participants underwent an intensive educational programme on eight tracks dedicated to goal-setting and social design. There was also an opportunity to attend lectures, master classes from Rosmolodezh's team and its partners, learn about the experience of colleagues from other regions and communicate with guests of honour.
"When colleagues from all regions of Russia meet in one space, it is very inspiring. The forum participants from Belgorod Oblast, DNR and LNR were especially motivating. They are very energetic, make a lot of plans despite the difficult conditions," Diana Galliamova, Leading Specialist of the Social and Educational Work Department, shared her emotions. - At the forum we learnt the tools of project activities, learned the nuances of grant competitions, listened to lectures on time management and many others. In parallel with educational and useful programmes there was a cultural one: concerts, exhibition of achievements of youth organisations of the regions, acquaintance with the history of Nizhny Novgorod, meetings with bright people. Sisters Dina and Arina Averina made a great impression - incredibly simple and warm in communication. All this created a festive atmosphere".
