The start of the application campaign for the 15th anniversary season of the Republican project "Personnel Reserve" was announced.
This year the programme will be aimed at formation and development of personnel for the implementation of the state youth policy in all municipalities of Tatarstan.
Thanks to this project, its participants - young residents of Tatarstan aged 16 to 35 - will be able to become potential team members of republican projects and organisations in the future.
The project website informs that the programme will run from April to September and will consist of three face-to-face and two distance stages, within the framework of which work will be carried out in two areas: "Creating and Developing" - for those who want to get into youth policy, learn to create and implement their own projects, as well as to implement themselves in existing teams and organisations of the republic and "Scaling and Developing" - for those who are already developing in the field of youth policy, have their own team or organisation, and want to reach a new level, pump themselves up and expand the range of competencies. For the second direction young people aged 18 to 35 who already have more than 2 years of experience in the field of youth policy can try themselves.

The Republican Youth Project "Personnel Reserve" has been held annually since 2009 thanks to the support of the Government of the Republic of Tatarstan by the Ministry of Youth Affairs of the Republic of Tatarstan together with the Regional Public Organisation "Academy of Creative Youth of the Republic of Tatarstan".
