The application campaign for the increased state academic scholarship starts on 2 September and will last until 10 September.
Scholarships are awarded to students on a competitive basis for outstanding achievements in various fields: academic, scientific, sports, social and cultural activities.
Bachelors and Masters students studying full-time on a budgetary basis, who do not have academic debts and triplets at the end of the session, have the right to an increased scholarship. First-year students can participate in all nominations, except for academic activities. For other students in this nomination are required exclusively excellent marks for the last two semesters.
To participate in the competition and receive the scholarship, it is necessary to create a portfolio, including documents that confirm all achievements.
The application for the enhanced scholarship can only be submitted electronically through the ESSBUS system. It is already possible to start collecting portfolios and uploading supporting documents, but the ‘Competition’ button will become active only on 2 September, the day of the start of applications.
How to create a portfolio:
1. Log in to the ESSBUS system on the University's website at: http://e-academy.sportacadem.ru/
2. Log in to your ‘My Account’.
3. Go to the section: ‘My Portfolio’.
4. Click the ‘Add’ button (a link with detailed instructions will open).
5. In the form, fill in all the required fields.
6. Depending on the selected category, you should attach a scan of the document confirming your achievement in pdf or jpg format (diploma, certificate, letter of thanks, published articles, etc.) or a link.
7. It is also necessary to attach a scan of your academic record book.
