A student of the Volga Region State University of Physical Culture, Sports and Tourism, Azalia Abdullina, won the reading competition “Tukay in our hearts” in the “Students of Technical Universities” category. Also third place went to our university student Sissoko Amara.
The competition was held on the basis of KNRTU. Not only university students, but also school and college students took part in it.
Poetry lovers competed in two areas - creative essays “Tugan telem – nazly golem” and reading poems “Tukay beznen yorәklәrdә” (“Tukay in our hearts”).
The events were held with the support of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Tatarstan and were timed to coincide with the birthday of the great Tatar poet Gabdulla Tukay.
