The Volga Region University of Physical Culture, Sports and Tourism has launched the competition stage of the jubilee V regional ethno-cultural student festival “Iҗat asha tynychlyk hәm berdәmlekkә - Creativity of peace and harmony”, which will last until February 14.
During three competition days talented students from all over Tatarstan will present bright numbers dedicated to the traditions and culture of the peoples of the republic. They will show themselves in choreography, poetry, vocal and fashion. It should be reminded that this year for the first time the direction “Fashion Theater” is included, within which the participants, inspired by folk costumes, will present collections of outfits.
The gala concert, where the brightest participants will perform, will be held on February 26 in the concert hall of the Volga Region University.
