On 21 September at the Department of Theory and Methodology of Gymnastics students and teachers met with Olga Kapranova, President of the Association of Rhythmic Gymnastics Sport Clubs, Honoured Master of Sports and ten-time world champion.
The students, who are just starting their way in the sport, received valuable advice and recommendations from the first hand, talked about the club system and the prospects for the development of rhythmic gymnastics.
‘The most important thing in such meetings is interaction with leading experts in the field of rhythmic gymnastics, exchange of contacts and prospects for co-operation,’ commented Lyubov Botova, Head of the Department of Theory and Methodology of Gymnastics at Povolzhsky University.
At the end of the meeting everyone got the champion's autograph and a joint photo, but most importantly - a charge of motivation and unforgettable emotions.
