On the eve of the International Day of People with Disabilities, the Volga Region University of Physical Culture, Sports and Tourism hosted a presentation of the Kazan Kremlin Museum's cultural programme for the blind.
Representatives of the Museum reported that from December 1 to 10 a decade of people with disabilities will be held in the Museum-Reserve "Kazan Kremlin".
The program of events includes guided tours in Russian sign language, tours with audio-visual commentary, educational programs, video guides and audio guide with audio-visual commentary.
During the Decade, admission to the museums and exhibition halls of the Kazan Kremlin Museum-Reserve for people with disabilities of groups I, II, III is free of charge.
