Natalia Anisimova, representative of the Career and Employment Center of Volga Region University of Sports and Tourism, took part in the expert session of the Career Center together with the "Facultetus" platform and SBER.
The Career Center expert session was held on September 16. Within the framework of the event various project and analytical sessions were held, the work of which is aimed at building sustainable contacts between universities and employers. The participants of the session were representatives of more than one hundred Career Centers, authorities and organizations of the Volga Federal District.
"Project and analytical sessions of the Career Expert Center under the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation should provide not only analysis of the problems of young specialists' employment, but also become the basis for developing mechanisms to solve the problems of the economy of specific regions. Our goal is to build effective interaction between students and future employers, to help them realize their potential," said Grigory Gurov, Deputy Minister of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation.
More than 100 representatives of Volga Region universities gathered in Kazan, on the basis of Talent University, to work out approaches to solving the issues of interaction between universities, regions and employers.
"Universities make a huge contribution to the formation of the economy, the development of science and technological processes. Students studying at the university make discoveries and create completely new products. We understand that the university forms and grows competent young specialists, who in the future will be able to make a huge contribution to the development of our district," notes Sofia Mustafina, Deputy Minister of Youth Affairs of the Republic of Tatarstan.
Further, in September and October of this year, there will be eight project analytical sessions, in which more than 500 representatives of Career Centers from all federal districts of the country will participate. These sessions will include training and work on the transformation of Career Centers for better assistance to students in determining their career paths.
