From the universities of Tatarstan Krasnoyarsk winter Universiade will travel three athletes. One of them is Yana Kirpichenko, who got into the national team as a member of the senior team.
The beginning of the sports way of Yana in the Altai, but to the sport she was once moved to Tatarstan. The reason for moving-study. Kirpichenko - she is a second-year master's student of the Volga state Academy of physical culture and sports.
In an interview with "BUSINESS Online" Yana told about her interests outside sports, work with Markus Kramer and friendship with the world Cup leader Yulia Belorukova.

"To get to the Universiade was one of the main goals for the season," says Kirpichenko. - After all, it takes place in Russia." The team got Ian as a member of the main squad of the first team by decision of the coaching Council.
The decision is more than justified. Kirpichenko best among the Russians in the competition of athletes under 23 years old world champion among youth. This season the athlete is training in the group of world-renowned coach Marcus Kramer. With him, for example, the greatest heights reached Alexander Legkov.

According to Kirpichenko, in Kramer's group everything is painted on minutes: "the Schedule dense, everything is painted from morning to evening. In day hour-two hours personal time. Most often it is a daytime sleep. Rise at seven in the morning. Check out the training in eight or nine hours. Until 11-12 we train, then lunch and sleep. Gymnastics. At 15: 30 we come to the second training session. At 19: 00-team meeting".
Of course, there are weekends and holidays. But they are very few, especially in the preparatory period.
Jan notes, that, work with demanding foreigners became harder and in psychological terms of. "It seems that they have the principle:" Work, work and work again. Some skis on the mind."
The key question is whether such intensive loads yield results. Yana believes that it is necessary to wait. Progress should be gradual: "the results of work with Kramer can be discussed only at the end of the season, to draw some conclusions. According to the work plan, there should not have been a sharp jump in the results. We are committed to long-term work, for the future."

Now industry was interested in reading. In the last time she prefers classics, before on its dust always was one-two books on psychology. Jana recently read book: "one Flew over the cuckoo's nest" by Ken Kesey and "Text" by Dmitry Glukhovsky. Serious literature about moral choices and the way society chooses.


No time to read-then the movies. But the athlete does not watch TV series. "They are too long and burn time," she said.
Likes Jan and music. But what can not say. "I'm a music fan. There are a lot of songs in my tracklist, I can not choose a specific genre, which I listen to. Depends on my mood. I can listen to disco, I can listen to classical music."
Ian loves to travel. She was lucky-the desire to see the world compensates for sports. Participating in various competitions, Kirpichenko visited most countries of the world. She especially remembered Central Europe-the picturesque mountains of Italy and Austria.
Of useful Hobbies-learning foreign languages. Now industry was closely involved in English. Other options it is not – because Kramer conducts training in English. "Now we understand each other well, but at first it was hard," Yana recalls. And yet, to the language barrier certainly did not hinder the work, industry is improving the knowledge of English.
"In addition, English gives you the opportunity to communicate with girls and guys from other countries," she says. According to Yana, the skiing situation is quite friendly and athletes from different countries treat each other well. Most industry deals with the Germans.
"It is interesting to follow those with whom I ran on juniors, – she continues. – This is not a competition, but rather a friendly competition. I communicate with girls from other countries quite well, with some even friends."
She is a big fan of social networks and actively leads his instagram. Since she is quite bright and spectacular girl, she often write strangers. Yana is the best friend of the star of the Russian national team Belorukova :" we have been with her for almost a year at all the training camps constantly together, we are settled in one room. At the same time in training works for almost three."
Kirpichenko was a fan of Julia and when I watched the Olympics in Pyeongchang. And, of course, I was glad that my friend was able to win two medals – "bronze" in the personal sprint and relay 4x5 km. "for me, we expect her success, because she worked so hard for this medal! Look-now Julia is one of the leaders in the world", - says Yana.

The path to the sport industry was not easy. She was born in the Altai region, and went skiing simply because there were no other options for sports.
"I started skiing at the age of six. It is very early, – recalls the beginning of Jan's career. – I was a very active child and the parents decided to send me to the section. I wanted to go to athletics myself. But there were no athletics sections in the city. Were skis-went there. The first time I did not like, and I went to training through the force. But over time really fell in love with skiing and have never then I have not regretted about the choice."


Success did not come immediately. At first, she even in her native Altai territory could not get into the top 20. But the gradual work yielded results. Now Kirpichenko is the best young skier and the nearest reserve of the first national team.
"I always wanted to succeed in skiing. When I first got to the main team, I realized that skiing for me now is serious. This is my job, my life."

Much to Yana's career gave Tatarstan. Specifically Volga region Academy of sport. Becoming a student of the Academy, Kirpichenko actually moved to the Republic: "in the Altai I just registered. In fact, I spend more time at the training camp and competitions, more often in Kazan than at home. I rarely go home at all. But if we talk about the fees, geographically it is much more convenient to live in Kazan".
Yana said that, having finished on the Altai bachelor, was thinking to do next. Having communicated on collecting with other students of the Volga region Academy, Kirpichenko decided to arrive to Kazan: "to me many who told about the Volga region Academy in Kazan. Universiade critics often say that students-participants of Games – inflated. Students only on paper. About the industry this is not exactly say. She refers to studies responsibly, goes on the red diploma. And plans to continue training even after completing the magistracy.
But the exact decision has not yet been made.

Speaking about the goals in sports and plans for the future, Kirpichenko is in no hurry to specify: "Everything should go smoothly. Goals should be achievable, squat. My next start is the Universiade. Now the task is to successfully perform there. I want to win a medal. What? As will be emerge as it will. There is a charge to win."
Yana notes that Russia has very good chances to perform successfully. Not only in Krasnoyarsk, at any start:
"Now Russia is gaining momentum in skiing, catching up and ahead of Norway. We have a very strong ski team. Our sport is developing, the results are growing and this is not the limit! In many ways, this is due to Vyalbe. If the skis were not controlled by such a strong man, there would be no such figure, there would be no such luxurious conditions. Means and such results. Before the Universiade skier was just two starts-the championship of Russia among young people, the Russian Cup final in Syktyvkar. Now Kirpichenko has arrived in Krasnoyarsk, settled and is waiting for the first start. Yana participated in the opening ceremony of the Universiade village in Krasnoyarsk and has already felt the special atmosphere of the student Games: "the Universiade is not only about sports. I talked with the participants of the last Universiade in Almaty, they were very happy with how it went. In addition to sports, the Universiade is an opportunity to find new friends. Opportunity to communicate with people close in spirit and interests".
