February 21 senior lecturer of the Department of theory and methodology of physical culture and sports three-time world champion in kickboxing Ilnaz Saifullin held in high school №40 lesson for students in the framework of the project "Charging with the champion" youth unit of The Russian popular front in Tatarstan. Action "Youth onf" started in November, when charging with pupils of a gymnasium No. 40 was carried out by the world champion in weightlifting among juniors Valery Krasnykh. And at the end of February Ilnaz Saifullin, the world champion in kickboxing, came to visit high school students. The teachers spent with students exercises, which included some special exercises that are used in the preparation for the games of the wizard combat. Then Saifullin showed the students several items from his rich Arsenal of fighting and helped to repeat the techniques. After the lesson, the students threw Ilnaz I. the issues. He gladly answered everything, telling, including the Volga region Academy, and the opportunities that open up to students who decide to get an education. Of course, the coach-teacher spoke with the guys about the benefits of sports and a healthy lifestyle. In his opinion, sport not only keeps health, but also forms character of the person, and, therefore, influences his destiny. And, of course, well-known guest ardently campaigned his interlocutors to enroll in a section of kickboxing. - Is it okay if a guy or a girl is not going to dedicate to martial arts all his life, says Ilnaz Saifullin. - Trainings, sparring, participation in tournaments, communication with trainers and other children from section is invaluable life experience, new friends, the gained self – confidence, firmness in upholding the position and, at the same time, ability to listen and respect others opinion... I saw in the eyes of many pupils sincere interest in what I spoke to them and that showed. I hope that my visit to the gymnasium will yield results. If at least a few guys will then come in sections and begin to exercise, I will assume that you haven't wasted the day!
