The annual regional research Olympiad "FILIN: physical education, personality, science" on the natural science basis of physical culture and sports will be held again on the basis of the Volga region Academy of sports and tourism. Its participants can become high school students, including graduates.
The program of the Olympiad, which has proven itself in seven years of its holding at the University, from the best side, includes this year's testing in biology and mathematics, based on the control and measuring materials of the unified state examination of profile level, the conference "Science and sport" with an overview of students ' research works and the publication of a collection of materials, as well as a seminar "Natural science fundamentals of pedagogical skills" for scientific leaders of the participants of the Olympiad and a professional competition "Master class" for teachers of educational institutions and teachers of additional education.
"Participation in the Olympiad for the winners and the winners get 5 points for admission, - says the associate Professor of the Department of medico-biological disciplines, Volga region state Academy Elmira Samsaliev. - At the moment, 100 people have applied for participation, including representatives of Samara, Izhevsk and Kirov region. We are very pleased that the boundaries of our Olympics are expanding, that people come to us not only from Tatarstan, but also from the surrounding areas. Participants have the opportunity to write a trial exam in biology and mathematics, as well as make a presentation. For teachers, too, is envisaged bake. It involves answers to questions on biology, chemistry, physical education. But this year we have planned an innovation - questions on anti-doping, as this topic is more relevant than ever, and scientific activities within the walls of the Academy should keep pace with the times."
