Students-volunteers Of the center of mobile pedagogical teams "Sports Express", formed with the support of the Federal Agency for youth Affairs at the Department of adaptive physical culture and life safety of the Volga Academy of sports together with the pupils of the Kazan boarding school № 1 visited the match of the group stage of the European basketball Cup. At home Kazan "UNICS" met the Spanish club Unicaja. To the sound of the anthem, the guys with intellectual disabilities brought the players of the Kazan team to the site, and then watched the game from the stands together with Tutors from among the student volunteers. With them, the boarding students have time to meet during the field events "Sports Express". A new trip for the students was a continuation of the companionship. In a bitter struggle, with the support of home walls and the joy of special guests of the holiday, the victory was won by "UNICS". In the big break after the second quarter the children became participants of the table games tournament, and the winners received memorable gifts – t-shirts with the symbols of the club. At the end of the match, students and pupils of the boarding school were invited to the Holy of holies of any professional club - in the locker room to the athletes. They congratulated the players on the victory and made a joint photo. Children were able to feel the winning mood, to join the win, to become part of a large and successful team. Such an incredible experience of communication with world-class players will remain in their memory for many years and will become a motivation to engage in physical culture, the road to which they have paved the "sports Express".
