On October 17, the Volga region Academy of sports hosted the report and election conference of the student Council of the hostel. For any University, the election to the student Council is a key event of the year, and the election to the student Council of the hostel is doubly important, because the quality and diversity of student life largely depends on how correct the choice will be.
The conference was attended by the head of Department on work with youth and corporate policy Ekatherina Kosurova, head of residential cluster Academy Kseniya Zubkova, Dean of the faculty of physical culture, Ilnur Kuramshin, as well as Deputy mayor of the Universiade Village Ilgiz Abdullin and Lyudmila pigalyova.
First, the Chairman of the student Council of the hostel Darya Milkova reported on the work of the Council for the last academic year, and the guys from her team received letters of thanks. The conference then proceeded to the electoral procedures. Immediately I note that the composition of the student Council has been updated almost 100%. In the absence of competitors for the majority of positions, the interest of voters was supported by bright performances of candidates. 
The relatively modest performance of freshman Anastasia Pahtaeva not stopped her becoming the new face of the volunteer sector. In contrast, the candidate for the post of head of the Patriotic sector Konstantin Muzafarov managed to raise the hall to his feet, offering guests "stretch the bones" uncomplicated exercises. And then and "light up", by uttering fiery speech. Kostya proved to be a charismatic speaker, as befits a candidate for the post of leader. He is the only one of the candidates spoke with the audience, however, it is possible that the presence of a competitor Muzafarov could lose. Confidence – or "boast" coast does not hold, but semantic inconsistencies in the text and not quite sure about from looking at a piece of paper slightly skewing the impression from his speech. Well, ahead of the new leader of patriots "dorms" a whole year on polishing oratorical and organizational skills.
The position of the head of the social sector took Angelina Kuzmina. The information sector was headed by Adela Saitova, which is logical: she has long been a member of the student media center of the Academy. Alina Sitdikova was elected head of the organizational sector.
Ilsaf Sattarov took the place of the head of the cultural sector. It is worth noting that his statement to the voters remembered not for the artistry, how calm and quiet manner, which felt a serious commitment to implement the forthcoming work.
The post of responsible for the 29th house was occupied by Evgenia Eskova, who was able to adequately answer all the questions asked to her. Among the campaign promises of Zhenya: to organize events for all the faculties whose representatives live in this house. Remember!
As they say, for dessert, the drafters of the conference program left the elections, where two or more candidates applied for the post. But it is not without its oddities. Delus Sabirov and Valeria Artamoshina came to the post of the person responsible for the 27th house. Delus in his speech told only their initials and number groups. And to the question, why did you decide to run, he replied: "I don't know, wanted to try." Chose, of course, Artamoshina. And about Delus there were fair suspicions: whether he was the fake candidate. In this case, he "merged" very clumsily, thus rendering a disservice to Lera and the organizers of the elections.
In the 28th house the situation was different. But no less scandalous. From the beginning of the school year in the house hung a ready list of new assets and a new responsible – Kirill Domrachev. Apparently, Daniya Usmanova, who headed the 28th house last year, just didn't expect anyone else to claim the position. And who wants to find! Unexpected (mainly for Daniya) competitor Domracheva Yanina Vlasova after the election admitted that she was sure:Kirill more likely to pass. But, as they say, an attempt is not torture. And if you have the desire and mood - even more so. And when the results of the vote were announced, the faces of many in the hall stretched out in surprise: Yanina Vlasova won!..  Alas, the intrigue was revived almost immediately "made of oak". It turned out that the counting Commission was wrong.  A second vote was held, as a result of which the responsible for the house was chosen, long ago "chosen" by Daniya Kirill Domrachev.
So far it was a question of curious situations, and about hot fights of candidates it was necessary to dream only... But, as we know, dreams sometimes come true. Not for nothing at the Academy these days is a festival of Gazprom. The real battle unfolded between the candidates for the position of head of the sports sector and responsible for the 30th house. Three candidates ran for each of these positions. And, in both cases, the third was found at the last moment. According to the electoral Regulations, candidates have the right to declare their candidacy at the time of the elections.
Responsible for the post in the 30th house initially fought Dmitry Prokofiev and Regina Fakhrislamova Rozaliya. But after the speech of Regina, approached the microphone Batyr churayev and that also applies for this position. Batyr's chances of winning sharply rushed to zero, after the former Chairman of the student Council Darya Milkova approached the microphone and said that he had already been in the Council last year, and, judging by her, not quite successfully. But the confrontation between Dima and Regina turned out to be interesting and informative, as both candidates showed themselves in the debate as responsible for their promises of personality, able to bring something new to the life of the house and its inhabitants, to make their everyday life brighter.  Chose Dima Prokofiev, who willingly or unwittingly helped a member of the student Council of the hostel Nikita Bychkov last convocation, pointing to last year's misfire Regina. As they say, nothing personal, healthy competition!
Two candidates applied for the position of the head of the sports sector. The first his speech without much enthusiasm said Diana Akhmadieva, admitted a little later that changed her mind to go to the polls, but did not have time to withdraw. The real rival of the second candidate - the author of this text – was Ramil Nigmatullin, who performed the trick of Batyr churayev with an unexpected appearance on the stage. Nigmatullin accentuated his speech on his own sports success, plus added that he is close to the organizational activities. He was voted all "Kamchatka", suspiciously like an organized "group of comrades". And in the end, he won by a margin of three votes.
Well, the Chairman of The student Council of the hostel was Alexander Lokalov, a proven "functionary" with experience in the student Council of the hostel, starting from the first year as the head of the organizational sector. The experience felt in his speech – a strong and well-built. Well, at least in the person of its head, the newly elected student Council of the hostel received a starting handicap.
