On September 27, the annual "watermelon"was held at the Academy of Sports. The most juicy event of autumn, which students of the Academy are looking forward to for a whole year. More than 200 people came to dance, eat sweet watermelons, and plunge into the magical festive atmosphere of the "watermelon party".
"What is watermelon?"- you ask. This is an annual event of the Volga Academy of sports and tourism, where students, eating watermelons, finally say goodbye to the summer.
"Watermelon" - a traditional event, but not boring because every year changes the theme. This year, the organizers have designated the theme of the party fashionable word "HYIP" (hype, hype, shouting advertising and emotional arousal). Well, with full confidence we can say that the most juicy event of autumn "HYIP watermelon" justified its theme.
On the second floor of the educational and laboratory building the guests were greeted by a persistent, incomparable smell of watermelon and loud music, the hall was decorated with colorful balloons. Here it was possible to make a photo on memory of "arbuznik". As an option, the organizers of the photo zone offered to capture students with the face of any celebrity instead of their own.  
"Watermelon" is unique in that it is equally interesting for students of all ages.
- Super-event, we go to it every year - say undergraduate students. Cool contests are almost never repeated, the people are getting closer! And this gorgeous photo booth - without it anywhere! "Watermelon" is a time for new acquaintances and new friends.
But the opinion of a group of freshmen:
- "Like everything, thought it would be quiet, but it is not so. Everything is cool, exciting and inspiring. Next year we will go to the organizers, I want to feel this atmosphere in a different way, to make "watermelon" a part of myself".
"Main course" flew from the trays once or twice, and the queue for it stretched across the room until the end of the event. But at least a piece of watermelon went to all. And some "lucky" ate so much sugar-striped that after the event they probably had "hard times". For example, participants of one of the numerous competitions were offered to eat a quarter of watermelon without using their hands. The winner received not only a valuable prize, but also the title Of "king of Watermelon".
Watermelons this evening ate in different ways: classic, "without hands", suspended on a rope. In addition to" watermelon " organizers have prepared for the guests a few more competitions. In particular, the fiery dance battle. And what do you think the winners received as a prize? Of course, sweets!   
"Rocked" participants "Watermelon" not only rattled from the speakers youth music hits, selected for the party DJ, but also their rappers. Sasha Lokalov and Sasha Suvorov delighted the audience, telling the audience that"everyone wants to be MS". Continued fun slam (as in music concerts, when people push and bump into each other) and dancing.
