Isak Frumin, scientific Director of the Institute of education, one of the key scientific and educational units of the national research University Higher school of Economics, visited the Volga region Academy. 
The Institute was established in August 2012, its mission, its creators believe "promotion of modernization of Russian education through advanced research and development and the training of contemporary managers and researchers." During the visit Isak Frumin got acquainted with the infrastructure of the educational and laboratory complex of the Academy. And judging by the individual remarks was pleasantly surprised by what he saw.
- Yes, any of the universities of Moscow will envy you! – said, in particular, Frumin, entering the concert hall of the Academy.
After a short tour of the training and laboratory complex Isak Frumin and the rector of the Volga Academy Yusup Yakubov talked behind closed doors. And then the guest shared his impressions of the visit:
- First of all, it's always nice to see new things. We are used to the fact that a good University is an old one. But in fact, today's young people are interested not so much in the glorious past as in the present and directed to the future. I felt that. Secondly, I was very interested in the scientific developments that are being conducted here.  I hope that we will cooperate in improving sports education. My main goal was to get acquainted with the University, as our Institute studies the system of higher education. And sports education is one of the interesting segments of this system. But we also agreed with the rector of the Academy that we can cooperate in the implementation of the program of development of this wonderful institution.
