In the new academic year, the Volga region Academy offers students in search of educational and scientific literature for self-study and preparation for lectures to use the services of the new electronic library system "University library online".
It is a modern educational platform with a variety of services that expand the boundaries of the information space of the University and provide access to the most popular materials of educational and scientific literature. The catalogue of EBS publications is regularly updated with new relevant literature.  
"University library online" provides access to more than 100,000 publications in all fields of knowledge. More than 400 publishers represented in the EBS will provide students with publications on basic and narrow subjects. Students and faculty will have a "seamless" entrance from University computers.
All subscribers of EBS "University library online" are offered free access to the faculty of the University in the Moodle LMS in order to create their own training courses and tests and their inclusion in the curriculum, in addition to the usual tools for creating courses, a special free service is offered that allows you to insert into the training courses unlimited in volume excerpts from e-books aggregated in our EBS.
The faculty of the Institute are encouraged to publish books based on the publishing house of EBS with the ability to embed publications on our ABS with free assign the book an ISBN and the location of the works in the RISC.
All students are provided with the opportunity of free placement of Final qualifying works on the EBS website with the opportunity to use the service "self-test for plagiarism" free of charge throughout the EBS database. The main purpose of the service is to check text documents (articles, term papers, diplomas, theses, monographs) for illegal borrowings.
To connect to the EBS "University library online" students must obtain a personal login and password in the library.
