Please accept my sincere congratulations on winning silver medals in the men's ski relay at the Olympic games in Pyeongchang. We thank our skiers and all those who contributed to this brilliant result for the indescribable sense of pride for our country and its talented athletes, who in very difficult conditions show the highest professionalism and unwavering will to win.
Tatarstan citizens are very glad that one of the heroes of this relay is our countryman Andrey Larkov.
