Even in Russia, the ball is chased all year round at all levels, except professional. Least of all play clubs PFL: five or six months of the year they either leave or fees.
Team "Motor Academy", which is based on students of Volga region state Academy of physical culture, sport and tourism (Patchset), is in the Amateur status, however, the load on its players is more than Amateur. For example, from autumn 2016 to autumn 2017 "academicians", participating in six official tournaments, held 66 matches. For comparison: clubs PFL zone "Ural-Volga region" from July 19, 2017 to may 27, 2018 will play only 24 matches in the championship of the country. Yes, there is still the Cup of Russia, in it theoretically no more than nine matches. But in practice rare team PFL is on the 1/16 finals.
While the pros of the second League have just gathered after their vacation and started preparing for the top ten official games in the spring, Amateur students of Motor Academy have been playing in the winter championship since mid-December at any time on weekends. To trainers, my interlocutor Dmitry Denisenko and his workmate Marat Gizzatov, in these matches too hard it is necessary, but if you are the professional, for you there is no bad weather - there are only unsuitable clothes.

Students will return from vacation-we will start preparing for the next round, which will be held in Kaliningrad from 27 to 29 March. - You have a good reserve: you play in the winter tournament with two teams. Is the first time in your tenure as the coach of the team of Volga region Academy?
- No, we used to play with two teams in the Winter championship of Tatarstan - through these matches we were preparing for games in the Student football League of Tatarstan. But then in SFL RT we were forbidden to declare the second team.
- How?
 - Never know. Perhaps, someone not appreciate, that our the second team took a third place, and have the first at all competitors there is no. Since we were deprived of the competition process, we did not declare the second team in the Winter championship of Tatarstan. But for two years now we have a national student football League in the calendar, we decided to see the guys who entered the Academy in the fall of 2017. Perhaps some of them will add to the application in NSFL, because right now we will lose a large group of players.
- What happened?
 The guys went on increasing: Gregory Ziganshin, in Rubin, Arthur gilyazetdinov – "Neftekhimik", someone is going to play for "Rubin" in tournament of clubs of PFL, which will be in Kazan. Our players are always in good standing - each winter, one of them goes into professional football.

- In my opinion, if a football player is studying at the University, he should play for the team of this University – you need to find a common language, especially since there are not so many matches in student tournaments and sometimes the calendar allows you to play them. Still, the level and status of the NSFL make it possible to go to the European championship and the Universiade. Let me remind you that at the time, "KAMAZ" has twice represented Russia at the Universiade. In 2017, the base for the student team was the club of the second League "Strogino", the guys in the group beat the Brazilians and Italians, however, in the quarterfinals lost the penalty. But in any case, the players had the opportunity to prove themselves - a performance in the student team of Russia – is, in my opinion, a good motivation. And professional clubs look after their own players in a match NSFL. After the tour in Grozny, a boy from the Smolensk team was invited to collect the basics of "Akhmat" for viewing. There is also a team of NSFL, which is coached by Andrei Kanchelskis, she plays in international student tournaments. I think this is also a motivation for the guys to work with one of the most titled players of our football.
- Players of the Volga Academy were invited to this team?
- Yes, three invited, but surnames I won't call. For objective reasons, the guys could not go. We had a season, we played in all-Russian student competitions, in NSFL, fought for the Cup of Tatarstan and prizes in the championship of the Republic – 90 percent of our players played with microtrauma, against the backdrop of fatigue and lack of recovery, so they could not go.
- With such a calendar you will need the experience of "Rubin-2" in the season 2014/15, when one and a half of the team and one coaching staff closed both the championship of PFL and the championship of Russia among youth teams of clubs RFPL.
 - Yes, there are similarities, and we have already tried this model. Frankly speaking, it is difficult, it is necessary to have two equal structures. Now we need to prioritize - with such a resource it is difficult to play for the result in four tournaments. And for us last fall and the Cup of Tatarstan was important, and in the championship we went to the leading group, and the all – Russian student competitions wanted to win-the winner of this tournament represents Russia in Europe. But we took only 3rd place-there was not enough freshness, many guys did not go to the final in Krymsk because of injuries. What will be the priority-will decide after we finish this student season. Based on the results, together with the leadership of the Academy we will plan the future.

- What do you think about the NSFL championship after six matches?
- The tournament is interesting, although playing on the tour system, when three matches in a row is difficult, and the third game is on the moral-strong-willed, football in it less. Although, on the other hand, the guys have the opportunity to prove mettle. The tours we have to prepare both players and coaches. Given the fact that the players do not have time to recover, you need to competently rotate the composition. In addition, the League is working well to make it known, making interesting steps in terms of progress. One of these steps is the involvement of Andrei Kanchelskis to work with the national team of NSFL.
- As a judge in NSFL? Better or worse than in the championship of Tatarstan?
- The judicial subject is very delicate. Some match referee can judge well, some-fail, this happens both in the NSFL and in the championship of Tatarstan. In my opinion, the average quality level of refereeing in the championship of Tatarstan higher.
- Do you manage to communicate with the coaches of other student teams on field tours?
- Certainly. We are doing one thing, it is interesting for everyone to know how colleagues work, how they do business.
- Coaches NFL licensed RFU or UEFA?
- In the rules it is not spelled out, so I can only speak for myself: I have a license category C. I Think the licensing of coaches NSFL – the question of the future, sooner or later the League will come to this. Meanwhile, in most universities participating in the NSFL - liberated coaches who work exclusively with the team. But there are people like me who combine this work with teaching.
- You as a participant of competitions are satisfied with how the tournament is organized? Perhaps he should spend differently? For example, play with the road.
- We play the first season in the Premier group NSFL. And only after the tournament we will be able to analyze it and understand how we live on. But the League is planning to develop. For the second year the competition is held in two divisions – prior to that, three of the season was the only one that is now called the Premier group of teams was not enough. As far as I know, the NFSL leadership is now discussing the idea of holding a kind of student European Champions League, in the same format as the UEFA Champions League: first – group games, and then – playoffs. - I think so. Many guys are taken to professional clubs, and for such players NSFL is an opportunity to show themselves. But not everyone wants professional football. Someone deliberately refuses the offers of other clubs, set a goal to get a good education, combining education with games for the University.

Foreigners can't go directly to the Russian University without knowing the Russian language, so they learn the language for a year. Let's see if the guys can become students, if they can combine their studies and football.
- How do you work with them?
- The guys are diligent, they really want to become good players.

- To be honest, I was not interested, and it does not matter, to participate in Amateur and student tournaments, an international football transfer certificate is not needed. Especially since for me as a coach in the first place important human qualities of the player, and only then - football. It was important that Tierry joined the team, especially since he is from abroad. When a player appears in the team from the side, it is very important that he was noticeably stronger than others. Just if not worse than, the guys, the question arises: why him and not our own?
- Apparently, the problems with joining the team from the Point and Valentina arose…
 - I think guys appreciated Thierry in the first training session, he immediately showed his good level. Neither he nor Valentin have any problems with communication in the team, we have a friendly team. In addition, the guys understand that if the player plays with us, he must be in the team, so for our part we all help them than we can.
- Have they spoken Russian yet?
- There is enough for communication, but it is still difficult to communicate fully. Russian language for foreigners differently learn: some people six months is enough to speak fluently, and to whom-and the year is not enough. Tierry understands in Russian, in any case, the main football things. But some tactical nuances – where it needs to be in a given situation, who and when to insure, where to be and how to act when the standards - he does not understand, if you do not know Russian well. Thierry's catching something, but not as much as we'd like to.
- I guess you'll have to learn French.
- And why not? For further international meetings will be useful, we are moving in this direction. The more that foreigners in NFL and College football in General – are not uncommon. The team of Kaliningrad - we played them in the First group and came together in Prime group - plays a boy-a foreigner who has passed the Academy "Manchester city", "KAI-Silente" there are foreigners, the team of Kazan state technological University in the Student League of Tatarstan plays a footballer from Nigeria. So if the Point and Mangamba will play in NFL, they certainly won't be the first.
