A technological platform for cybersports and winter mini-football: at first glance these things are difficult to combine, but fijital games unite completely different phenomena within one competition.

On February 27, the first fijtal-football match was held at the new centre on the basis of the Volga Region University of Sport. The participants of the meeting were the Volga Region University football team and the team of the Student Sports Club "Winged Bars".

"Special thanks to the government of the Russian Federation and the rais of the Republic of Tatarstan for financing this facility. Today we are holding the first, historic match," Rafis Burganov, Rector of the University, made a welcoming speech.

On the virtual field under the control of athletes were the national team of Norway and German club "Schalke 04". According to the results of two halves in the football simulator with the score 4:1 the team of the sports club won.

However, on the real field the university team was able to neutralise the difference of three goals. Thus, the first match on the basis of the Fijital Centre ended in a 4:4 draw.
