More than 60 scientific papers from 14 regions of Russia, as well as Belarus, Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, Turkmenistan, Turkey and the USA sent to participate in the Second All-Russian Scientific and Practical Conference "SMART SPORT & TOURISM: DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION IN PHYSICAL CULTURE, SPORTS AND TOURISM", which is held at the Volga Region State University of Physical Culture, Sports and Tourism. The conference with international participation is being held as part of the Kazan Digital Week 2023 forum in the online format of a plenary session and a scientific section.
"In the reports to be presented during the plenary session, much attention is paid to the development of the field of sports analytics with the application of modern technologies of data collection and processing in various sports. For the first time at the conference the issues of application of virtual reality in the training process are highlighted. These areas are actively developing at our university, so we hope for fruitful cooperation with interested specialists and young scientists creating innovations in this field", - noted Rector of the organising university Rafis Burganov, welcoming the participants.
The conference is attended by representatives of the scientific community, teachers, heads of ministries and departments, practitioners, master's students, postgraduate students engaged in theoretical and applied issues of the conference.
Within the framework of the conference participants will be able to exchange advanced scientific and practical experience in the use of innovative technologies in the field of physical culture, sport and tourism.
