The Volga Region State University of Physical Culture, Sports and Tourism hosted a meeting of students with the leadership of Baltasinskiy district. The organizer was the Department of Practice and Employment of the university. Aidar Khairutdinov, head of the district executive committee, Rustem Zagidullin, head of the Department of Youth and Sports, and Renat Mukharlyamov, head of the Education Department, talked to future coaches, physical education teachers and tourism workers.
It should be noted that 36 students from Baltasinskiy district study at the university.
At the beginning of the meeting the participants watched a video about the development of Baltasinskiy district, as well as the changes of recent years in economic, social, cultural and sports spheres.
The guests paid special attention to the prospects of career development of young specialists in their small homeland: grants, competitions and opportunities for internships and traineeships in the administration. At the same time, they noted that the district most of all needs workers in the spheres of tourism and adaptive physical education.
- We have to move and grow. The guys who came to Baltasinsky District three or four years ago have already prepared pupils who show high results at the Russian level. We try to create all conditions for the development of young specialists. We financially support almost all events that are included in the unified calendar plan,” Rustem Zagidullin emphasized.
He also spoke about the new sports facilities built in the district in recent years and plans to hold competitions of various levels.
Then Chulpan Korbanova, Chairperson of the Baltasinskiy District Students' Council, addressed the students. She told about the projects in which the guys can participate, as well as the fact that they can propose their initiatives to improve their small homeland.
- I would like to encourage students to pay more attention to social, scientific, creative and sports activities. After all, thanks to this it is already possible to create a portfolio and become competitive in the labor market. Our generation can return to their native land and prove themselves as good specialists. After all, it is we who will pass on our experience to the younger generation and instill in them a love for their neighborhood, - said Chulpan Korbanova.
The meeting was held with the participation of Adelia Pavlova, Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs and Digital Transformation of the University, and Iskander Galeev, Director of the Institute of Physical Culture.
- It is very valuable when the district leaders are ready to listen and hear the younger generation and invite them to work. Everyone will one day feel pride and joy for the development of their small homeland. How strong these feelings will be depends on the young specialists themselves. If a district offers a job and you see that you can prove yourself in it, pay attention to it. While you are still studying, you have the opportunity to exchange experience with natives of other regions, and by adopting the best, to help develop your native district, - emphasized Adelia Pavlova, addressing the students.
