Igor Konovalov, Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences and author of 890 scientific works, is a candidate for the National Sports Award in the nomination ‘For Service to Sport’.
The winner of the prize, established by the Russian Government, is determined in two stages.
At the first stage, applications are considered and three finalists are selected in each of 18 nominations.
The second stage involves voting, where anyone can vote for one of the candidates.
Then the expert council will determine the award winners.
