The awarding of the winners of the republican contest "50 Best Innovative Ideas for the Republic of Tatarstan" took place today in Kazan. The ceremony was attended by Rustam Minnikhanov, Rais of Tatarstan.
The contest was held in nine nominations: "Perspective", "Innovations in Education", "Start of Innovations", "Nanoimpulse", "Digital Economy", "Patent of the Year", "Youth Innovation Project", "Projects of the National Technological Initiative (NTI)", and "Socially Important Innovations".
Among the winners in the "Digital Economy" nomination is Dilyara Abdrakhmanova, a lecturer at the Department of Economics and Management in Sport (E&MS) (online platform "Sports Business").
"I heard a lot about this competition, but I had never participated in it before. I decided to give it a try. I really liked the organisation of the competition," Dilyara Abdrakhmanova shared.
Her work is devoted to creating a virtual space for the development of sports entrepreneurship in the Republic of Tatarstan, which will offer online training and economic tools for aspiring sports entrepreneurs, as well as online tools for designing their own sports facility.
The teacher intends to spend the 100,000 roubles grant she won on her future research.
Two master's students Elina Khaziakhmetova in the nomination "Socially Important Innovations" and Marina Tsareva in the nomination "Projects of the National Technological Initiative" were also among those awarded at the contest. Rector of the Volga Region University Rafis Burganov himself supported the representatives of the Volga Region University in the awarding ceremony.
The contest "Fifty Best Innovative Ideas for the Republic of Tatarstan" has been held since 2005 and is organised by the Investment and Venture Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Academy of Sciences of Tatarstan and the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic.
