Rector of the Volga Region University of Physical Culture, Sports and Tourism Rafis Burganov was awarded with the gratitude of Rustam Minnikhanov, Rais of the Republic of Tatarstan, for his significant contribution to the development and popularisation of rugby in Tatarstan.
The award was presented by the Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan Shamil Gafarov at the enlarged meeting of the Regional Sports Public Organisation "Rugby Federation of Tatarstan".
The event took place today at the Ministry of Sport of the Republic of Tatarstan.
