The Department of Practice and Employment together with Superjob recruitment service held a master class "CV as a VIP pass to an interview" at the Volga Region University of Sport.
Students of the 4th year of pedagogical education and sports management under the guidance of an experienced Superjob expert made a CV in online form and analysed frequent mistakes.
The expert told about the main forms of interviews and behaviour at them.
At the end of the event, the guys asked questions, and the authors of the most interesting questions were given gifts.
According to Sabina Gizatulina, Head of the Department of Practice and Employment at the Volga Region University of Sport, it is important to make a CV correctly to attract the employer's attention.
"A CV is a brief self-presentation of a job seeker. To an employer, a CV helps to quickly single out the best candidate and invite him to a meeting. Therefore, a properly written CV of a job seeker is the key to a cherished invitation to an interview. After reading the CV, the employer must conclude that this is the person he is looking for," Sabina Gizatulina noted.
